Echelon House Publishing bridges the gap between inspired writers and readers. EHP was founded on the idea of bringing excellence to independent publishing. We specialize in making inspirational and deeply revelatory writing accessible to any reader, by providing a customized, hands-on experience with editorial expertise to manage the publishing process from beginning to end. Our primary goal is to produce a first-rate written product that remains true to the author’s vision.

About the Founder & CEO

I was destined to be a lover of words. Growing up, my parents placed a high value on reading. At home, our shelves were stocked with books of all genres and styles. My dad is an author who founded a writer’s group and built a career in editing and publishing. My mom is a mystery buff who worked for decades as an educator. I earned a degree in print journalism and spent nearly 20 years as a communications strategist for nonprofits and a Fortune 100 corporation. Every day of my career I created—through writing, editing and design. After years of helping organizations expertly craft and deliver their messages, I now get joy from doing the same for writers who have stories to tell and experiences to share. I genuinely love what I do!

In addition to serving as a writer and communicator, I am mom to my amazing tween daughter, Leila. I also hold a master’s degree in educational ministries, which equips me well in working with writers whose goal is to educate and inspire others along their faith journey. I am a deep thinker who loves to laugh, learn, and enhance my creativity. I thrive in green spaces and my favorite place is the beach. It’s the best space for me to read, write, and recharge.
